A Bit About Us
Health and Hustle was founded in an effort to elevate the way one trains for and experiences a race. We offer a variety of customized running and nutrition programs depending on your specific needs and cater to both the first time runner or the seasoned marathoner! We will work 1x1 with you to get you ready for your next race OR you can join us on a team "race-cation" event. Our "race-cation" events are held 2 - 3 times / year where we not only get you race day ready but we plan an amazing experience at the race destination to make sure all of your hard work is celebrated! We love the concept of working hard and playing hard and that's exactly what you'll experience when you train with us!

Nora
Nora Gallagher has a deep love for all things food, health and running. A few years ago she decided to combine her interests and became certified via the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a health coach. In 2021 she furthered her education with the AFPA and became a certified sports nutrionist. She is passionate about helping others set goals and achieve them by making small changes in their diet that can have a huge impact on their life.
Nora’s love for “race-cationing” began when she trained with Team in Training for the Capital of Texas Triathlon back in 2009. It was during this time that her love for traveling and running collided and since then she has participated in countless other “race-cations” from the South Beach Triathlon to the Disney Princess Half Marathon and more! All of these experiences have made her love of travel and racing grow even stronger and she is excited to share that love with her clients!

In her previous life, before becoming a mother to triplets, she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies and Business from Marist College and worked in advertising in NYC.

Tara
Tara Jablonski is a lifelong athlete, competing at the collegiate level as a Division I Field Hockey Player at the University of Richmond. Tara’s interest and passion has always been exercise and a healthy way of life. As a fitness enthusiast, she has completed several full marathons, half marathons, triathlons, and other smaller races.
Graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies, she combined her passion for health and fitness with her desire to be in the nonprofit sector by joining The Leukemia and Lymphoma Societies’ Team in Training Campaign first as runner/participant then as Manager. Similar to Nora, this is where her love for running and traveling really began when she was a participant in the Dublin, Ireland Marathon for TNT!
In 2016, Tara furthered her experience by joining an active travel retreat company as a trip leader and event coordinator. She has been Maddog Spinning Certified and SCW Personal Training certified and is set to finish her run coach certification via the North American Academy for Sport Fitness Professionals (NAASFP) in early 2022. Tara loves all things related to running and FUN! She also just recently gave birth to her 4th baby girl!
